Last year’s AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view was the first AEW show to happen in front of no fans. That show was main evented by the Inner Circle taking on Matt Hardy and the Elite in the first Stadium Stampede match.
On tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the Inner Circle crashed the coronation of the Pinnacle after their Blood & Guts win last week, demanding a rematch between the two groups, which MJF initially declined.
After the Inner Circle sprayed them with bubbly, MJF accepted the challenge, requesting a Stadium Stampede match at the PPV, with the added stipulation being that if the Inner Circle lose, they will dispand forever.
