Details have emerged regarding Adam Cole and his talks with WWE, specifically regarding his Twitch livestream channel.
As we know, WWE took away rights for main roster talent to have independent Twitch channels, but NXT talent was still able to for the most part.
Therefore, Cole kept ploughing on with his, but with his NXT departure, it became a bit of a topic.
As per Fightful Select, before his contract even came up, Cole made it clear to WWE that he would not be giving up his Twitch channel and this was “non-negotiable”.
It was noted that higher-ups “weren’t excited” to talk with him about it because they knew they had no leverage in the situation.
So, wherever Adam Cole goes, it sounds like he’ll definitely be keeping his Twitch channel, and you’d think that would make signing with WWE pretty unlikely.
