Batista (Dave Bautista) has reacted to Daniel Craig revealing that he broke the former WWE star’s nose on set while shooting ‘Spectre’.
In a recent interview, Craig recalled injuring Batista while filming for the 2015 James Bond feature. Craig stated that he made a run for it, thinking that the former WWE Champion was wanting to give him a receipt.
Batista took to Twitter to state that Craig didn’t flee the scene. Noting that he was quick to forgive the Bond actor, Batista tweeted:
“He did not run!!! He started screaming “F**k I broke his nose!!” And he did. And then he hugged me, apologized, we laughed, I changed clothes, shoved TP up my nose and we continued to make one of the best fight scenes ever. Very proud of it. And I love me some DC # DreamChaser”
‘No Time To Die’, the next instalment in the James Bond franchise, releases later this week in the UK.
In June, Batista noted that he was not interested in starring in a film with other WWE alumni, before clarifying that he doesn’t want to be lumped in to any category in Hollywood. He featured in a recent commercial for a Disney + bundle as “The Streamer”.
