Teddy Hart has become rather infamous in the wrestling world in recent years, and it appears that his life may soon be documented.
Dave Meltzer noted in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Peacock is currently working on a documentary on Hart, with it slated for release in December.
He said:
Peacock is working on a documentary on Teddy Hart. This would have nothing to do with their deal with WWE although WWE is aware of it and kind of warned people against participating. One person who said they were warned by two companies including WWE about it being negative said he did it anyway. People interviewed noted they were digging deep into Hart’s past and there was a lot of questions about bad ex-relationships. The tentative release date is December.
Meltzer initially reported that WWE would have nothing to do with the production, but later corrected the report, stating that WWE and Blumhouse would be producing the documentary.
This story has been corrected by @davemeltzerWON as WWE & Blumhouse are producing the doc for Peacock. ^JN https://t.co/uljmsOmLY2
