The viewership figures for the April 16 AEW Battle of the Belts special on TNT have now been revealed.
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Saturday’s special drew 527,000 viewers, against NBA playoffs.
In the 18-49 demographic, the special did a 0.18 rating (240,000 demo viewers), finishing #10 for the night on cable.
For comparison, January’s Battle of the Belts show did an average of 704,000 viewers, with a 0.27 rating in the 18-49 demo.
On Saturday’s show, Sammy Guevara defeated Scorpio Sky to become a 3-time TNT Champion.
Other titles defended on the show included Jonathan Gresham’s ROH World Championship, and Thunder Rosa’s AEW Women’s gold.
