Ric Flair has shared a training video of himself taking a scary top rope bump ahead of his return to the ring.
The 73-year old plans to step between the ropes one last time this summer, at ‘Ric Flair’s Last Match’ on July 31.
Flair previously guaranteed that he’ll be coming off the top rope during the bout.
The WWE Hall of Famer has been practicing for the bump, with a new video showing AEW’s Jay Lethal slamming Ric Flair from the top turnbuckle.

Ahead of July 31, Flair will make appearances at Starrcast V for a Four Horsemen reunion, and The Roast of Ric Flair.
