Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been appearing sporadically on WWE television over the past few weeks, with his cousins The Usos doing most of the heavy lifting for the Bloodline in the meantime.
Despite not appearing on TV, Reigns’ list of enemies has been growing rather than shrinking, but the man who most wants to get his hands on the Tribal Chief is Riddle.
Riddle cut a promo alongside the Street Profits on Raw Talk, where he vowed to show up to this week’s SmackDown show to try and find Roman and get his match with him.
Paul Heyman responded to Riddle’s vow, teasing that Reigns will in fact show up on Friday’s SmackDown show.
He said:
Those who rebel against the #TribalChief on the Island of Relevancy run the risk at their own peril of @WWERomanReigns dealing with them personally!!!
The match between Reigns and Riddle has been heavily speculated for the Money In The Bank event in Las Vegas next month, and Reigns showing up to confront Riddle looks to be the start of the build.
