WWE NXT star Solo Sikoa is reportedly set for an imminent main roster call-up, per PWInsider.
The report noted a WWE source has confirmed to them that Sikoa will be moved to the main roster ‘ASAP’, and is slated to join the SmackDown roster.
Sikoa is notably the brother of Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos and the son of Hall of Famer Rikishi. Many fans have called for Sikoa to be added to Roman Reigns’ Bloodline faction. A creative direction for Sikoa hasn’t been confirmed.
There was some buzz around Sikoa signing with WWE last year, ahead of his debut for NXT in November 2021.
In a previous interview, Sikoa revealed that there had previously been talks about him joining his brothers on the main roster, but noted that these specific creative plans were scrapped.
Sikoa most recently wrestled on the August 2 edition of NXT 2.0, defeating Von Wagner in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
A number of former NXT stars have returned to the company following Triple H taking over creative, including Johnny Gargano, Karrion Kross and Dakota Kai.
