At WWE Clash At The Castle, Liv Morgan defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Shayna Baszler in singles action.
Following a back-and-forth contest, Morgan ultimately picked up the victory, pinning Baszler after an Oblivion.
Morgan first won the gold at Money in the Bank on July 2, after cashing in on Ronda Rousey following Rousey’s title defence against Natalya.
The popular star has now defended her title twice on TV, following her retention over Rousey at SummerSlam.
As previously mentioned, Ronda Rousey had her suspension lifted on the September 2 edition of SmackDown by Adam Pearce.
It remains to be seen if Rousey will receive another shot at the SmackDown Women’s Championship following the controversial loss to Morgan at SummerSlam.
