UPDATE – It seems this wasn’t the end of the story, you can find another major development that happened with Saraya on Dynamite at this link.
Ever since Saraya made her AEW debut at the Grand Slam special episode of AEW Dynamite, it has led to a lot of speculation about her in-ring future in the company.
Saraya is listed as a part of the AEW women’s roster on the official AEW website, including a win/loss record for her, seemingly implying that she will be wrestling for the company in the future.
Despite Saraya entering a feud with Britt Baker, seemingly setting up a future clash between the two, she has not yet been cleared to compete, with Tony Khan saying that he will address Saraya’s in-ring future in the future.
We got the first address on tonight’s anniversary episode of AEW Dynamite, in which Britt Baker said in a backstage segment that Saraya had not been cleared by AEW doctors to wrestle.
Saraya then accompanied interim AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm, Willow Nightingale and Athena to the ring for their trios match against Jamie Hayter, Penelope Ford and Serena Deeb.
