Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and his origin story series, ‘Young Rock’ are back on NBC for a third season. Now, you can check out a sneak peek!
With news breaking earlier of Becky Lynch featuring on the next season of the hit NBC series, ‘Young Rock’, now a first look!
After the first two seasons of ‘Young Rock’ chronicled numerous highlights (and low points) of Johnson’s early life, one timeline is creeping closer towards many familiar faces.
With the oldest iteration of ‘Young Rock’ in the series (portrayed by Uli Latukefu) making a positive impression wrestling in Memphis as well as later bumping into other WWE stars in a locker room for the first time, there are surely more tales for wrestling fans to come this season!
Check out the first look clip, introduced by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson which not only reviews the major plot points from the first two seasons of the series, but also shares some new moments as well.
Included in the first look, a hilarious sequence of the young Johnson attempting to navigate family politics while choosing a name for his first WWF character.
‘Young Rock’ airs on NBC on Fridays at 8:30pm EST and is available the next day on Hulu if you are too busy watching WWE SmackDown to catch the live airing!
Elsewhere in Johnson’s universe, his daughter Ava Raine has addressed concerns that she was “brainwashed” after being spotted with a controversial group.
