WWE has announced a huge opening for the November 11 edition of SmackDown on FOX.
Tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown may be one of the biggest for the program in 2022.
The company has already announced some big matches and the start of the SmackDown World Cup tournament.
Now, WWE has announced that the highly anticipated The Usos vs. The New Day match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships will open tonight’s show.
The WWE Twitter account tweeted the following:
BREAKING: The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match between The @WWEUsos and The #NewDay will KICK OFF #SmackDown!
The bout will be very important because not only will the titles be on the line, but the New Day’s record 483 day reign as WWE Tag Team Champions will be up for grabs with Jey and Jimmy Uso just two days from breaking it.
The show will also feature a six pack challenge to determine the next challenger for Ronda Rousey’s SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Also, Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Santos Escobar will kick off the SmackDown World Cup tournament on tonight’s episode.
We will have any breaking news from tonight’s SmackDown available on the home page.
