A new series of A&E’s “Biography: WWE Legends” series is reportedly in the works and will focus on both WWE Hall of Famers and current names.
As per PWInsider, A&E is “currently in production” on several episodes for its third season of the “Biography” series.
The latest season is said to include episodes on the following WWE names:
WWE Hall of Famer The Iron Sheik
WWE Hall of Famer Kane
Randy Orton
Paige
WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes
WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat
WWE Hall of Famer Jesse Ventura
The inclusion of Paige is notable as she currently signed to AEW under her given name, Saraya.
Randy Orton is the only name on the list who is a current performer at the promotion.
A&E describes “Biography: WWE Legends” as follows:
“Through rare archival footage and in-depth interviews, each episode explores a different Legend and their immense impact in the WWE Universe and on pop culture.
Each episode runs for roughly two hours and tells “the intimate, personal stories behind the success of some of WWE’s most memorable Legends and events.”
A release date has not been confirmed.
PWInsider reports however that the series is due to air in January 2023.
