The date that WWE is planning to hold the inevitable match between Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns has reportedly been revealed.
At last night’s (November 26) Survivor Series WarGames, Zayn seemingly pledged his allegiance to Reigns and the Bloodline, betraying Kevin Owens and allowing Jey Uso to score the win.
But according to WrestlingNews.co, the harmony in the Bloodline might not last very long.
Several upcoming plans are said to have been revealed by the site’s sources, including when Zayn vs Reigns will take place.
The report says that the current plan is that Zayn will face Roman Reigns at the Elimination Chamber event on February 18, 2023, which will be in Zayn’s hometown of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Prior to that, it’s believed the plan is for Kevin Owens vs Roman Reigns to take place at Royal Rumble on January 28.
And then with regards to where that’s all leading to at WrestleMania in April, the current plan is said to be Zayn and Owens challenging the Usos for the tag team titles.
Reigns’ WrestleMania plans specifically weren’t mentioned, but we all know that WWE has been hoping for Reigns vs The Rock – whether it’ll happen is still up in the air.
