A unique match took place at last night’s WWE live event in Charleston, West Virginia.
Jamie Noble’s last match took place on the show, where he teamed with Braun Strowman, Butch and Ridge Holland to defeat Sami Zayn, Solo Sikoa and the Usos.
The match was a unique situation for the WWE live event, and not something that would have usually aired on WWE television.
The reception to Noble’s last match has been rather positive, with many hoping that WWE would be open to doing more similar matches in the future.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), more scenarios along the lines of Noble wrestling at a WWE live event are ‘on the table’ with the current WWE regime.
Noble retired from in-ring competition back in 2009, taking on a role as a producer in WWE.
He made frequent appearances on television as a member of J & J Security with Joey Mercury alongside Seth Rollins in 2015.
