Cody Rhodes is set to open the January 30 post-Royal Rumble episode of WWE Raw.
At WWE Royal Rumble, Cody Rhodes made his in-ring return at #30 to win the Men’s Royal Rumble match after a torn pectoral injury kept him out of action for seven months.
Now with his path to WrestleMania 39 set, it looks like fans will get to hear what Cody thinks following his huge win.
WWE posted a video on Twitter of Bryon Saxton running down what fans will see on tonight’s Raw. He announced that Cody Rhodes will open the show following his Rumble win.
Right now, Rhodes is scheduled to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39 in April.
As previously reported, Elimination Chamber qualifying matches and Rhea Ripley’s WrestleMania decision will also take place on tonight’s program.
WWE has also announced a major change to this year’s WWE Elimination Chamber event, which you can read here.
