A WWE star has shared their opinion on Rhea Ripley and how it feels watching her ‘letting loose’ on WWE Raw as part of Judgment Day.
Following their formation in April 2022, Ripley would join the Judgment Day in May of that year and has gone on to be a focus in her own right.
Damien Priest recently spoke about Ripley in an interview with The Kick Rocks Wrestling Podcast that was released before Elimination Chamber, saying:
“I’m a proud friend, you know what I mean? That’s my homie.
“Seeing her finally let loose — obviously she accumulated so many championships, accolades already — and she was just in handcuffs.
“Now she’s letting loose, so she’s not even to where she’s gonna be.”
Since signing with WWE in 2017, Ripley has been the inaugural NXT UK Women’s Champion, NXT Women’s Champion, WWE Raw Women’s Champion and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion (with Nikki A.S.H).
Priest would go on to say:
“At her age, this is crazy to think all the things she’s gonna be able to accomplish.
“What can’t she accomplish when it’s all said and done?
“By then, you’ll see the best version of her. Right now she’s just getting there, which is crazy.
“And I’m just happy I’m able to be alongside her and be a part of the ride.”
Ripley is set to face Charlotte Flair at WWE WrestleMania 39 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
