UPDATE – Major changes had to be made to tonight’s Raw, but not because of Vince McMahon, find out more at this link.
It appears as though a previously advertised match for tonight’s WWE Raw (April 10) show has been cancelled.
On last week’s Raw after WrestleMania show, Matt Riddle made his return to WWE after four months away, when he confronted The Miz.
The interaction between the two men set up a match between the two for tonight’s show.
The match between Miz and Riddle was advertised for tonight’s show as of a few hours ago, but has seemingly now been removed from the rundown.
All tweets from WWE’s official Twitter account today advertising the match have also been deleted, with a tweet from yesterday the only evidence that the match was ever planned for the show.
The show preview on WWE.com lists just the Women’s Tag Team Championship match between Becky Lynch & Lita vs. Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan, as well as the aftermath of Brock Lesnar’s attack on Cody Rhodes last week.
I guess it’s better than the script being ripped up while the show is on air like it was last week.
Vince McMahon is reportedly not present backstage at tonight’s show in Seattle.
