Tonight’s (April 28) episode of SmackDown in Corpus Christi, Texas is set to mark the beginning of the 2023 WWE Draft, with many big name stars set to find out which show they will be on.
Some of the names listed for tonight’s pool include the entire OC faction consisting of ‘Michin’ Mia Yim, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and the injured AJ Styles.
Styles has not been seen since he suffered a broken ankle back in December 2022 which forced him to miss the longest period of time in his entire WWE career, which included missing WrestleMania 39 this year.
Per PWInsider Elite (via WrestlingNews.co), Styles is set to be backstage at tonight’s WWE Draft episode of SmackDown in Corpus Christi, Texas.
It had previously been reported that it was just a matter of AJ being cleared to return by WWE’s medical team before he returned, with it being believed that has happened.
