The viewership figure and demo rating for Monday’s (August 28) edition of WWE Raw on USA Network has been revealed.
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Raw drew 1.677 million viewers. This is up from the August 21 edition that drew 1.591 million viewers.
In the 18-49 demographic, Monday’s show scored 0.51 rating. This is also up from the week prior that scored 0.50 rating.
The show featured the go-home show ahead of this Saturday’s WWE Payback. Shinsuke Nakamura laid out World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins ahead of their showdown.
Also, Becky Lynch defeated Zoey Stark in a Falls Count Anywhere main event. Lynch will now move on to face Trish Stratus in a Steel Cage Match at WWE Payback.
Meanwhile, Damian Priest defeated Sami Zayn thanks to JD McDonagh in the opening match. It was announced on the show that The Judgment Day’s Priest and Finn Balor will challenge Zayn and Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships at Payback as well.
