Following Monday Night Raw (November 20) it seems as many of the biggest mysteries leading into Survivor Series have been cleared up.
Well… Aside from one BIG one, but we’ll get into that a bit later.
On Raw we had confirmation that WarGames will be a five-on-five match with Drew McIntyre and a returning Randy Orton will be filling the final spots for team Judgment Day and team Cody respectively.
While on the surface that leaves few big surprises on the table in Chicago, that could not be any less correct.
In fact we’ve managed to conjure up seven big surprises that Triple H could in fact book for WWE’s final Premium Live Event of 2023. Starting with our first entry…
7. Fifth Members Of Women’s WarGames Teams Added
Considering the men’s WarGames match now features ten competitors instead of eight, it would feel rather strange if the women’s match didn’t follow suit and add an extra two participants.
Sure, WarGames were traditionally four on four affairs back in WCW and in WWE NXT, so it wouldn’t be wholly strange if it remained how it is, but it is still a little odd.
Also, last year’s women’s WarGames match was settled between teams of five, with the then trio of Damage CTRL recruiting Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross to fight alongside them.
So, perhaps WWE will do the same, but leave it till the night of November 25 to reveal who exactly the final teammates for each team will be.
As for who this could be? Names like Michin are a possibility given her attack from Damage CTRL on SmackDown (November 17) however, if we were getting really wild maybe Mercedes Mone returns as Sasha Banks or even Jade Cargill?
