WWE star Natalya has taken to social media to congratulate a fourth generation wrestler who has just made his WWE in-ring debut.
At a house show last night, NXT fans got the chance to see an exciting match between Charlie Dempsey, real life son of William Regal, taking on Brogan Finlay.
Finlay, real-life son of WWE legend Fit Finlay, has already made a name for himself in independent wrestling but now debuted for WWE.
Taking to Twitter to congratulate the very hard work it takes to achieve this dream, Natalya said:
“I’m so incredibly proud of @Brogan_finlay.
“A fourth generation @wwe superstar who worked HARD to get where he is today. It’s not easy at all following in your families footsteps.
“To be great- you truly have to work your ass off for this. And then work some more. I’ve watched it and witnessed Brogan’s work ethic and drive. He’s got IT.
“And I’m so proud of him. Excited to see where he’s gonna go and I think it’s so cool Brogan gets to carry on his families legacy.
“If you know the Finlay’s… they work HARDEST and they love to fight.”
Even though Finlay lost the match to Dempsey in his in-ring debut, hopefully there are many more bouts between the two to come on television.
Multi-generational talent in her own right Natalya continues to appear on WWE Raw and functions unofficially behind the scenes as a mentor to fellow talent.
