A top WWE star has promised to make it to WrestleMania 40 after coming up short in the Elimination Chamber match.
At yesterday’s Elimination Chamber premium live event, six of WWE’s top stars battled it out for the right to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.
The match was won by Drew McIntyre, who bested Randy Orton, Logan Paul, Kevin Owens, LA Knight and Bobby Lashley in the match to earn the shot at Rollins at WrestleMania.
Taking to Twitter today, Bobby Lashley reflected on the show in Perth after landing back in the United States following the show, noting that he will find his way to WrestleMania, and will become a champion again.
He wrote:
Finally back in the States. Perth, you brought it! I’m sorry I couldn’t come out with a dub.
But I promise you this…I WILL make it to #WrestleMania one way or another and I WILL be a Champion again.
When, not if. #WWEChamber
Lashley and the Street Profits have been in a rivalry with Karrion Kross’ Final Testament on SmackDown in recent weeks.
Kross injured Lashley’s arm on this week’s episode of SmackDown.
