Rumoured WWE signing and current NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Giulia is now officially set to become a free agent.
Since the latter part of 2023, news started to circulate that current NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Giulia’s contract with STARDOM was set to expire.
With her pending free agency, further reports revealed that the former World of Stardom Champion was expected to sign with WWE.
On February 26, Tokyo Sports reported that Giulia will be leaving STARDOM at the end of March.
While Giulia is expected to sign with WWE, many rumours and reports have indicated that she will not start immediately with the promotion.
On February 4, Bushiroad announced that STARDOM Founder and executive producer Rossy Ogawa was fired from the company after allegations of poaching talent.
Previous reports have indicated that Giulia will be helping Ogawa start his own promotion in Japan before working on her English for a potential move to the United States.
Tokyo Sports has confirmed that Giulia will be leaving STARDOM at the end of March.
