Matt Hardy has provided a health update on his brother Jeff following his recent injury scare on the February 16 edition of AEW Rampage.
During a no disqualification match on the February 16 AEW Rampage (taped on February 14), Jeff suffered a broken nose after Sammy Guevara inadvertently landed on his face from a top rope shooting-star press.
Now, speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, an update was given on Jeff’s current health and AEW return.
Matt Hardy said:
“Obviously, Jeff’s nose, as I said, it was broken, had a couple little breaks in it.
“He’s getting some tests done on his sinuses to see how his sinuses are doing.
“It’s not a fast project. These things move slow, but we’re just trying to make sure his health is first and foremost and putting that above everything else.
“So that’s the main thing kind of to update on the status of him.”
WrestleTalk will provide an update on Jeff Hardy’s return to the ring as/when it becomes available.
