23. John Cena
I know. But I thought I’d mention him.
Cena returned to WWE TV on the June 27 episode of Raw to celebrate 20 years since his debut, and a lot of people assumed he was gonna end up setting up a SummerSlam match with Theory, and it’s not like those people were silly for thinking that.
Cena and Theory had been going at it on social media in the months and weeks leading up to Cena’s return, and had a confrontation on the show itself, but Cena’s a busy man and can’t fit a SummerSlam match into his schedule right now.
I’ve put him 23rd because he’s obviously the only not-full-timer on this list. If he hadn’t returned last month I wouldn’t have mentioned him at all.
