6 Ways Triple H Could Make King Of The Ring 2023 Feel Like A Big Deal

Include Some Big Names

Mr. Beast Roman Reigns

If I had to make one complaint about the 2021 King of the Ring tournament, it would be that Otis didn’t win.

But if I had to make two, it would be that the whole thing kind of felt like midcarder central.

Don’t get me wrong, there were some great matches in there, particularly the final between Finn Balor and Xavier Woods.

But I never really got the impression that it was something that your Romand and your Drews would be eager to win.

That never used to be the case, when big names would participate in King of the Ring – your Brock Lesnars and your Kurt Angles – to give the impression that it was something people were actually supposed to care about.

Moreover, by putting those big main event names in there it makes it so much more special if somebody from further down the card does win. Creating the impression that they’ve really overcome the odds instead of just, you know, beating Angel Garza.
