AEW
On Sunday, July 26, All Elite Wrestling will be back on pay-per-view for the AEW Redemption 2026 event from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The company has already announced Willow Nightingale will challenge Thekla for the AEW Women’s World Championship, but they do not have too much time to fill out this card.
From title bouts to grudge matches, the card for Redemption should offer another exciting night of in-ring action from the promotion ahead of the huge AEW All In London 2026.
Here are eight matches to be potentially added to AEW Redemption 2026.
Mark Davis (c) vs. Andrade El Idolo – AEW National Championship

At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026, Andrade El Idolo turned on MJF and The Don Callis Family to cost them the Death’s Door steel cage match.
After the pay-per-view, El Idolo announced his new mission is to take one of the titles from DCF. This led to Don Callis pitting Andrade against Jake Doyle on the July 15 episode of AEW Dynamite.
If he gets the win, El Idolo will challenge Mark Davis for the AEW National Championship, which could make for a potential showstealer at Redemption in Montreal.
Andrade facing off with Davis could prove to be a standout on the AEW Redemption 2026 card and bring this ongoing feud to a collision course on July 26.
Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Queen Aminata – TBS Championship

On the July 1 edition of AEW Dynamite, Hikaru Shida defeated Kris Statlander, Persephone, Queen Aminata, Maika and Harley Cameron in Survival of the Fittest to win the TBS Championship.
Then in her first defense of the title, Shida beat Harley Cameron to retain the TBS Championship on the July 11 AEW Collision. After the match, Shida attacked Cameron until Queen Aminata made the save.
After getting involved in her business, this should lead to Shida having to deal with Aminata personally.
In what would be a massive opportunity for the upstart, Aminata could be one win away from the biggest achievement of her career against Shida at AEW Redemption 2026.
Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne & Lena Kross) (c) vs. Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue & Julia Hart) – AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship

On the July 8 Beach Break special edition of AEW Dynamite, Mercedes Mone attacked both Thekla and Willow Nightingale, while Divine Dominion jumped Sisters of Sin on the ramp.
This post match angle signalled a new alliance between Mone, Bayne and Kross as well as a new rivalry over the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.
With AEW Redemption ahead, Sisters of Sin have the chance to bring all the gold to the Triangle of Madness.
While Thekla will defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against Nightingale, Divine Dominion could give Skye Blue and Julia Hart their opportunity to become only the third titleholders in the championship’s history.
The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly) (c) vs. Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada & Jake Doyle) – AEW World Trios Championship

The Conglomeration and The Don Callis Family have been feuding with one another in a faction war.
At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026, Mark Briscoe, Darby Allin, Konosuke Takeshita and The Conglomeration defeated MJF and The Don Callis Family in the Death’s Door steel cage match.
After taking the loss at the PPV, DCF have been focused on proving their dominance in All Elite Wrestling and might want to get some revenge on The Conglomeration.
Don Callis Family sending Kyle Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada and Jake Doyle to challenge Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly could be a heated title clash at the AEW Redemption 2026 pay-per-view.
Chris Jericho vs. Tommaso Ciampa – Falls Count Anywhere Match

At AEW Dynamite Beach Break 2026, Tommaso Ciampa defeated Chris Jericho in a singles bout. After the match, ‘The Psycho Killer’ beat down Jericho with a steel chair and attempted to use a power tool against him.
Following this assault, Jericho should want some vengeance against Ciampa and want a rematch.
Considering AEW Redemption 2026 will take place from Montreal, it would make sense for Jericho to have a big time match in his home country of Canada.
Jericho challenging Ciampa in a Falls Count Anywhere match could make for the perfect conclusion of their rivalry.
Adam Copeland, Christian Cage & Bang Bang Gang (‘Switchblade’ Jay White, Juice Robinson, Ace Austin, Colten Gunn & Austin Gunn) vs. Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Pac, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia & Wheeler Yuta) & The Dogs (Clark Connors & David Finlay) – 14-Man Tag Team Match

At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2026, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage defeated The Dogs to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship thanks to outside interference from the returning Jay White.
On the July 2 episode of AEW Collision, Cope and The Bang Bang Gang defeated Shane Taylor Promotions in an eight-man tag team match.
After the win, The Dogs and The Death Riders jumped Copeland and The Bang Bang Gang, sending a message to everyone involved. This could set the stage for another massive multi-man match that has become a consistent staple of AEW PPVs as of late.
Copeland calling on Cage to team with ‘Switchblade,’ Juice, Ace and The Gunns could make for a formidable seven-man unit to go against the united forces of The Dogs and The Death Riders.
‘The Jet’ Kevin Knight (c) vs. Darby Allin – TNT Championship

At AEW Double Or Nothing 2026, MJF defeated Darby Allin in a Hair vs. Title match to become a three-time AEW World Champion.
Post match, Kevin Knight came out and turned heel by attacking Allin while he was strapped to a gurney following the physical main event.
Ever since then, Darby has been on the hunt for revenge against ‘The Jet’ and The Don Callis Family. After the events of Death’s Door at Forbidden Door, Callis stated Darby can’t face Knight after his booby trapped backpack almost took Knight out.
Whether it is fighting his way through the Callis Family or earning a title shot, Darby challenging ‘The Jet’ for the TNT Title would bring things to a fever pitch come AEW Redemption 2026 on July 26.
Kenny Omega (c) vs. MJF – AEW World Championship Two Out Of Three Falls Match

On the July 8 Beach Break edition of AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega defeated MJF to win the AEW World Championship.
Reports circulated following this contest that the bout was moved from AEW Redemption 2026 to Beach Break.
Considering it was the original plans, Omega’s win should lead to Maxwell Jacob Friedman getting his rematch and a chance to become a four-time AEW World Champion at Redemption 2026.
Making this fourth bout between Omega and MJF a two-out-of-three falls match would make for an emphatic way to close out their rivalry and make sure one of these men earn their spot in the main event of AEW All In London 2026.
