This is old news by now but poor Bret was giving a speech at the Hall of Fame (he was invited he didn’t just show up) and some Mark David Chapman wannabe tackled The Hitman.
Sadly Bret was only surrounded by literally hundreds of large athletes there to honour him so there was nothing that could be done.
