7. It’s All Fake

So this was the wonderful revelation from a clip many people reading this will have seen thousands of times.

TIL: This clip from WWE TV opening isn't from the "real" match (Ernest Roeber-August Faust from 1901.) It's actually the two men recreating the match for a recording on the roof of the company that distributed the film, complete with plants as crowd members and a fake arena. pic.twitter.com/2lxWeOl4aF

I mean when John points this out and you look at it for longer than a second, it’s clearly a fake background with uhhh maybe seven people in attendance?

How the hell did I only just now stop and think about this.
