Bronson Reed WWE Return Plans

Absent since February of this year, Bronson Reed is ‘100%’ set to make a return to WWE screens in the near future.

Bronson Reed suffered a distal bicep tear on the February 23 episode of WWE Raw, seeing the star out of action “indefinitely” due to the injury.

An imminent return has now been reported, with the star expected to return, full-time, to the main roster this month.

Returning to WWE Raw, it appears that Reed will be a member of The Vision, but there’s plenty of opportunities for the star beyond that.

The Vision

With Austin Theory and Bron Breakker as WWE World Tag Team Champions, Reed would be returning to an iteration of The Vision that is distant from Paul Heyman.

In addition, Logan Paul is currently out of action with an injury, although remains a thorn in the side of anyone in The Vision’s sights. Add to this the inclusion of Maxxine Dupri and her proximity to Austin Theory and it’s pretty much all changed.

Where Bronson Reed would fit remains to be seen, but he could play a part in Breakker’s upcoming match against Oba Femi, although it would be interesting to see which side he would choose to assist.

Bron vs. Bron

Bron Breakker vs Oba Femi takes place at Sunday Night’s Main Event on September 6, with both competitors being the “future of WWE”.

That’s very much a future that Bronson Reed could see himself being a part of and what better way to disrupt proceedings than to prevent a victor being determined It worked at Saturday Night’s Main Event back in December of last year, with Drew McIntyre interfering as Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes took on NXT Champion Oba Femi. McIntyre attacked Rhodes, leading to a no contest result, with Femi being enraged in the process.

Reed interfering would either set up a feud with Breakker or Femi, both of which would be quality opponents for the big man.

The Tribal Thief Returns

Bronson Reed is no stranger to Roman Reigns, having stolen his footwear on more than one occasion.

While revisiting the Tribal Thief may be a step in the wrong direction, targeting Roman Reigns on his own terms could work for the star. Reed has had many high-profile matches since returning to WWE in 2022, often using the Tsunami (or multiples of) to devastating effect.

With Reigns as the current World Heavyweight Champion, is there a better star than Reed to fit that very title?

Targeting The Bloodline

Roman Reigns aside, Bronson Reed’s last match was an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Triple Threat match in February, featuring Jey Uso and The Original El Grande Americano.

Jey Uso would win that match, a likely bone of contention for Reed, particularly given their history together. Of course, where Jey goes, Jimmy won’t be far behind, providing another target for a returning Reed.

Add to that the presence of Jacob Fatu, and there’s a feud that could steal any show that it takes place on.

Interesting Times Ahead

With Wrestlepalooza heading to Australia later this year, Bronson Reed has teased the possibility of a match against Roman Reigns.

It’d be a missed opportunity to not have such a match take place at some point down the line, particularly with a star with the stature of Bronson Reed, whether such a match would see involvement from his fellow Vision teammates or on his own terms.
