On the April 24 WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42, Fatal Influence made their main roster debut and started to make an impact on the blue brand.

With attacks on Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Paige, Brie Bella and Rhea Ripley, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid instantly became public enemy number one on Friday nights.

Now that they are here to stay, Fatal Influence could add new members to their ranks to help them with their growing list of rivals on the brand.

Here are six potential Fatal Influence new members on WWE SmackDown.

6. Giulia

Giulia is a two-time Women’s United States Champion with reigns of 133 and 111 days

On the April 24 WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania 42, Tiffany Stratton defeated Giulia to win the WWE Women’s United States Championship.

Coming off this loss, it remains to be seen what is going to be next for ‘The Beautiful Madness.’

With her representative Kiana James set to challenge Stratton for the gold on the May 8 SmackDown, Giulia’s next move will dictate which direction she will head in the future.

Giulia joining Fatal Influence would be different and add something a bit new to this faction now that they are on the SmackDown brand.

5. Kiana James

Speaking of Giulia, her current representative is Kiana James, who has been receiving some new opportunities on WWE SmackDown.

Since the beginning of 2026, James had a standout performance during the women’s Royal Rumble, pinned Charlotte Flair, and even competed in the women’s Elimination Chamber match.

While she has still remained in Giulia’s corner, Kiana seems to be on the cusp of breaking out as a singles star on her own.

Joining forces with Fatal Influence, it feels like James would fit in nicely with Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid in this recently called up faction.

4. Blake Monroe

Blake Monroe is “coming soon” to WWE SmackDown

Following WrestleMania 42, there have been several different names from the NXT brand called up to Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown.

While the likes of Sol Ruca, Ethan Page, Joe Hendry and Ricky Saints have made their first appearances on the main roster, fans have seen a series of vignettes hyping the arrival of Blake Monroe.

Signed to WWE in June 2025, it didn’t take Monroe long to make her presence felt on the NXT brand and become a Women’s North American Champion.

Monroe heading to Friday Night SmackDown could see her aligning herself with Fatal Influence where they might be able to run roughshod over every other woman on the brand moving forward.

3. Lash Legend

Lash Legend has experience in a faction as a member of Meta-Four in NXT

Since being called up to the WWE main roster, Lash Legend has been an unstoppable force that no other female star has been able to handle.

Aligning with Nia Jax, Legend has been part of one of the most dominant and physically intimidating duos in the women’s tag team division.

After reigning as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, The Irresistible Forces lost the gold to Paige and Brie Bella at WrestleMania 42 night one.

Choosing to split from Jax after losing the titles, Legend could become the enforcer for Fatal Influence and bring her in as a force who can take out anyone that gets in their way on SmackDown.

2. Chelsea Green

Chelsea Green returned to WWE in January 2023 after being released in April 2021

Someone who really fits in nicely with the personality on display for Fatal Influence is Chelsea Green.

Over the past few years, Green has assembled her own faction called ‘The Green Regime’ with her Secret Hervice of Alba Fyre and Piper Niven.

However, Fyre was released from WWE on April 24, while Niven has been sidelined with a serious neck injury.

Now that she is on her own, Green could see Fatal Influence as a trio that can help her rise in prominence once again and win gold for themselves together.

1. Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton is the current Women’s United States Champion, and a former WWE Women’s Champion and NXT Women’s Champion

Tiffany Stratton is someone who has been no stranger to aligning with others around her.

When she first came to Friday Night SmackDown, Stratton joined forces with Nia Jax and kept her close before cashing in her Women’s Money In The Bank contract to win the WWE Women’s Championship at the start of 2025.

Now that she has won the WWE Women’s United States Championship, Stratton might need some backup in the form of Fatal Influence.

With her heel character being a fitting match for Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid, Stratton could legitimately bolster the ranks of Fatal Influence, bringing a bit more star power to the stable moving forward.
