More WWE Title Changes Coming Soon

There have been quite a few notable title changes in the past few weeks that have altered the landscape of WWE.

From Sol Ruca winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship to Sami Zayn and, more recently, CM Punk capturing the Undisputed WWE Championship, these title changes have sent ripple effects throughout the company.

Looking ahead to the road to SummerSlam 2026, there could be even more titles switching hands in the coming weeks and months.

Here are seven more WWE title changes potentially coming soon.

7. Lyra Valkyria Wins WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship From Sol Ruca

On the June 22 edition of Monday Night Raw, Lyra Valkyria finally snapped and attacked Bayley after their loss to Paige and Brie Bella for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

This new attitude for Valkyria gives her an edge for the first time during her run in WWE.

Valkyria had previously suffered a loss to Sol Ruca for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. It was the frustration from this loss that led to Lyra finally betraying Bayley.

Now that Bayley isn’t in her way, it might be time for Valkyria to start a second reign with the Women’s IC Title in the near future.

6. Blake Monroe Beats Tiffany Stratton To Win The WWE Women’s United States Championship

Over the past few weeks, Blake Monroe has been featured in a series of vignettes to hype her arrival on Friday Night SmackDown.

In one of those videos, Monroe called out Tiffany Stratton and teased a potential matchup between the two women.

Now that she has officially debuted on SmackDown, it might just be a matter of time for Monroe to challenge Stratton for the WWE Women’s United States Championship.

Winning her first singles title on the main roster, Monroe can start to cement her name on Friday nights by capturing the Women’s US Title.

5. Carmelo Hayes Dethrones Trick Williams For WWE United States Championship

Since winning the United States Championship at WWE WrestleMania 42, Trick Williams has been confronted by Carmelo Hayes on several occasions.

While he had the chance to earn a title shot at WWE Night of Champions 2026, Carmelo Hayes came up short against Ricky Saints in a number one contender’s match.

Now, the July 10 episode of SmackDown will feature Hayes facing Williams in a non-title match.

With a win on SmackDown, Melo can put himself in position to take the US Title from Trick on a bigger stage down the road.

4. Fatal Influence Defeat Paige & Brie Bella To Win WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships At Saturday Night’s Main Event

Since their arrival on Friday Night SmackDown following WrestleMania 42, Fatal Influence have made it clear that they are after championship gold.

On their first night on the blue brand, Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid attacked Paige and Brie Bella.

Fatal Influence has been feuding with Paige and Brie over the past few months. This all leads to Reid and Henley challenging Paige and Brie for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at the July 18 Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Starting to solidify themselves as a prominent force on the main roster, Fatal Influence could bring the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships to their faction at Madison Square Garden.

3. War Raiders Become Double Champions By Winning WWE Tag Team Championships From R-Truth & Damian Priest

At AAA Noche de Los Grandes 2026, War Raiders defeated Psycho Clown and Pagano to win the AAA World Tag Team Championships.

Since this victory, Erik and Ivar have been seen backstage on SmackDown, looking to challenge Damian Priest and R-Truth for the WWE Tag Team Championships.

Trying to goad the champions into a bout, War Raiders offered to put their titles up for grabs as well.

This could set the stage for War Raiders to become double champions by dethroning Priest and Truth for their titles and putting a bigger spotlight on Lucha Libre AAA in the process.

2. Chad Gable Captures WWE Intercontinental Championship From Penta

After being unmasked as The Original El Grande Americano at AAA Noche de Los Grandes, Chad Gable has been on a road to redemption and has found himself as an ally to the luchadors in WWE.

One of the luchadors he has made amends with and come to his aid was none other than current Intercontinental Champion Penta.

The former Olympian has been on the hunt for his first singles title in WWE for the past few years.

With the upcoming number one contender’s Gauntlet Match scheduled for the July 13 WWE Raw, Gable could be just two wins away from holding the IC Title for the first time in his hometown of Minneapolis at SummerSlam 2026.

1. Rhea Ripley Vacates WWE Women’s Championship For Jacy Jayne To Win

At WWE Clash In Italy 2026, Rhea Ripley defeated Jade Cargill to win the WWE Women’s Championship.

During the course of the bout, Ripley suffered an apparent knee injury that has her sidelined at this time.

With her future now in doubt, it feels like Ripley might be on the shelf for much longer than WWE originally believed.

Ripley vacating the WWE Women’s Championship might open the door for Jacy Jayne to sneak in and weasel her way to the title where it could enhance her character as well as the entire Fatal Influence group moving forward.
