With Roman Reigns confirmed for WWE Survivor Series 2026, there has been a lot of speculation about his role for the November premium live event.
Survivor Series: WarGames will take place on November 28, emanating from Daikin Park in Houston, Texas.
With Roman Reigns confirmed for the show in August, it will be interesting to see what WWE has in store for the current World Heavyweight Champion.
From title rematches to competing in the titular match stipulation, there are a number of directions open to the OTC when it comes to plans for the biggest PLE still left to take place this year.
Here are three potential plans for Roman Reigns at Survivor Series.
LA Knight championship rematch
Roman Reigns will next defend his World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank, with LA Knight to face the OTC one-on-one for the second time ever.
With this being the duo’s first clash over the World Heavyweight Title, there is a possibility that Reigns and Knight don’t settle things on October 10, leading to a rematch on November 28.
Regardless of if the title stays with Roman Reigns, or if LA Knight captures the gold at Money in the Bank, we could see the definitive match of this rivalry take place in Texas.
LA Knight isn’t the only star we could see challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series, however…
Solo Sikoa World Heavyweight Championship match
On the August 17 Raw episode, Roman Reigns demanded for Solo Sikoa to fall in line, following Sikoa’s loss to Jey Uso on the previous week’s show.
Sikoa ultimately defied Roman Reigns, attacking the OTC and dispatching of the rest of the Bloodline alongside LA Knight.
Given Reigns and Solo’s previous rivalry, with Sikoa attempting to take over the Bloodline in 2024, it would be interesting to see the two stars face off with gold on the line.
With Roman Reigns stepping away from the ring within the next few years, Solo Sikoa is one of the names who could step up to take over as Tribal Chief.
WarGames match
Of course, there’s a chance that Reigns doesn’t defend the World Heavyweight Championship at all, and actually competes in this year’s WarGames bout.
Reigns has played key roles in numerous WarGames matches since the start of the stipulation’s recent association with Survivor Series, competing in the 2022, 2024 and 2025 contests.
Between the 946 targeting the Bloodline, and LA Knight’s recent affiliation with Solo Sikoa, there are numerous options for both allies and enemies for the OTC heading into November.
With Money in the Bank and Crown Jewel taking place between now and Survivor Series, there will be plenty of twists and turns, and more will be revealed about the company’s direction for the OTC.
