WWE
Sami Zayn is now a two-time WWE Champion, winning the title for the second time on SmackDown in Mexico City from CM Punk.
Sami has continued to reign atop SmackDown, with his ride or die fans continuing to support him, while everyone else continues to turn their backs on the Last Real Good Guy.
As Sami attempts to spread his message, there are more members of the current roster we could see join forces with him.
Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae
Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae have been allied with Sami Zayn on SmackDown in recent months
After spending months lying backstage on a crate, Johnny Gargano finally stood up in an attempt to capture the WWE Championship from CM Punk in his hometown of Cleveland.
Gargano and Candice LeRae have continued to follow Sami Zayn in recent weeks, with Sami promising to bring his success to other people on the roster in times of need.
Gargano and Candice were the very first ride or die roster members, and that will continue for the foreseeable future.
Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens returned after a 17 month injury layoff at WWE SummerSlam 2026.
Kevin Owens returned to the ring after over a year at SummerSlam 2026, with him earning a WWE Championship shot in his first match back.
While Kevin and Sami have butted heads since Kevin’s return, the two of them will always be connected to each other, and Kevin himself is currently having a bad run of things in an attempt to get back into the title picture.
If Owens continues to be held back from once again becoming champion, he may have to eventually join his best friend in his cause, a true ride or die.
Grayson Waller
Grayson Waller returned to NXT and captured the NXT Championship at NXT Heatwave
Grayson Waller recently made his return to NXT television after doing next to nothing on the main roster in 2026.
Waller returned to NXT to finally capture the NXT Championship, though he should be back on the main roster once his title run is eventually over.
If Waller does make his way back to the main roster, his attitude would fit right in with Sami and the rest of his allies on SmackDown, looking to create opportunities for themselves.
