1. Seth Rollins cashes in Money In The Bank to pull off “The Heist of the Century” and win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 31
That swing of the chair that ended The Shield led to Seth Rollins winning the Money In The Bank contract just weeks later.
Eight months after that came WrestleMania 31.
In the main event, Seth’s former Shield brethren Roman Reigns was the challenger for Brock Lesnar’s WWE Championship.
After losing earlier in the night to Randy Orton with one of the best RKOs ever, Rollins’ music hit to bring out the Architect who decided to cash in his Money In The Bank contract in the middle of the main event.
Roman hit Brock with a spear as he had Seth up for the F-5. Rollins then hit Reigns with the Curb Stomp to win the WWE Championship.
Michael Cole dubbed the moment, “The Heist of the Century”.
For the first time in history, a star cashed in the Money In The Bank contract at WrestleMania to win gold.
Seth Rollins has had a career filled with iconic moments, but none will be greater than WrestleMania 31’s Heist of the Century.
