5 WWE Legends To Return & Manage Current Stars

5 WWE Legends To Return & Manage Current Stars WWE

One of the most tried and true methods of getting WWE stars over throughout the years has been pairing them with a recognisable manager.

Whether they’re there to speak on behalf of the talent or simply stand there and give them some extra legitimacy, a manager is an oft-underrated role that can be crucial in the success of a talent.

The best managers can be the missing puzzle piece, one that makes up for a talent’s shortcomings and pushes them to the next level. And when you analyse the current WWE roster there are a number of stars who could benefit from that.

Sp, in this list we’re going to identify five WWE stars and pair them all up with legends that could take them to the next level.

Starting with…

5. William Regal – No Quarter Catch Crew

William Regal with his son WWE star Charlie Dempsey

Just a short while ago on WWE NXT we saw the legendary William Regal finally share a ring with his son Charlie Dempsey on TV for the first time.

Although it seems like Dempsey and the No Quarter Catch Crew are set to blaze their own trail in WWE it did give us an appetiser of what could be, with Regal mentoring both his son along with Damon Kemp and Myles Borne.

This would perhaps give off too strong of a Blackpool Combat Club kinda vibe, but that honestly wouldn’t be the worst thing.

Regal was honestly perfect in that role, and quite honestly his presence on TV is sorely missed.

With Ava taking his previous role as NXT GM, a managerial role is probably the only alternative and who better of a choice than his own flesh and blood.
