At WWE Backlash 2026, Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
After the bout, “The Samoan Werewolf” brutally beat down Reigns with the Tongan Death Grip multiple times before also assaulting several officials and referees.
With Reigns now set to hold an Acknowledgement Ceremony on the May 11 WWE Raw, this could lead to Fatu fighting back against The Bloodline by creating his own stable.
Here are six WWE stars to potentially join a new Jacob Fatu faction.
6. Royce Keys

WWE has been playing into history between Jacob Fatu and Royce Keys on WWE television on SmackDown in recent weeks
At WWE Royal Rumble 2026, Royce Keys made his debut with the company as an entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match.
The former Powerhouse Hobbs has made a significant impact since arriving, including his Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal victory.
Recently, Keys has displayed his friendship outside of the squared circle with Jacob Fatu and the rest of the Samoan family dynasty.
Keys aligning with Fatu would be a force to be reckoned with and could make this potential faction the most dominant in all of WWE.
5. Juicy Finau

Jacob Fatu formed an alliance with Lance Anoa’i and Juicy Finau during their time in MLW
During his time on the independent scene, Jacob Fatu has made several close friends who have worked closely with him.
In promotions like MLW and GCW, Juicy Finau became Fatu’s closest ally as part of the Samoan Swat Team and South Pacific Savages.
“The Samoan Werewolf” could open the door for his former ally and stablemate to come into WWE.
If Fatu was to create his own group, he would be wise to bring in someone who has worked with him in a faction outside of WWE.
4. Tama Tonga

Shinsuke Nakamura has been attempting to lure Tama Tonga away from the MFTs on WWE SmackDown since his return from injury
In 2024, Tama Tonga signed with WWE and made his debut on the SmackDown After WrestleMania 40 as the first member of Solo Sikoa’s New Bloodline.
During their time together in The New Bloodline, Tonga became close allies with Jacob Fatu.
As of late, fans have seen Tama start to stand on his own as a singles star and have his share of differences with Sikoa.
Wanting to break free from The MFTs, Tama could go on to reunite with Fatu and join his new faction that is hellbent on taking down The Bloodline.
3. Lance Anoa’i

Lance Anoa’i was released from WWE last year before he was able to make his debut on television
Another former stablemate of Jacob Fatu outside of WWE was Lance Anoa’i.
The two cousins were members of the Samoan Swat Team in Major League Wrestling and signed with WWE around the same time.
Anoa’i was released from WWE in October 2025, but he could make his return as Fatu tries to bring members of his family together to fight back against Roman Reigns and The Usos.
Fatu bringing Anoa’i back into the fold would be interesting and seeing different members of the Samoan Dynasty together to take down the rule of “The OTC.”
2. Zilla Fatu

Zilla Fatu, the son of the legendary Umaga, has made waves on the independent scene in recent years, including a match with then AEW World Champion MJF
Ever since he started wrestling in 2023, Zilla Fatu has made it clear that he wants to sign with WWE one day.
With his unbridled rage and intensity, Fatu has been an unstoppable force of nature on the independent scene.
Considering Roman Reigns has reunited with The Usos to reform The Bloodline, this should open the door for Jacob Fatu to finally bring in Zilla.
Being two unhinged savages, Jacob and Zilla Fatu would be a compelling pairing that may really set the tone for this faction to be something completely different from The Bloodline.
1. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso)

Jey Uso warned Jacob Fatu that Roman Reigns would make him fall in line just as he did to him years ago
After winning the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42, Roman Reigns decided to reunite with The Usos to reform The Bloodline.
Despite this reunion, there still feels to be some underlying tension between Reigns and The Usos based on their previous stint as a unit.
Jimmy and Jey Uso are still owed an apology from Reigns for his gaslighting and manipulation that he put them through during his record-breaking 1,316-day reign as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
The Usos choosing Jacob Fatu over Reigns would be an intriguing route to go with this ongoing story and give a totally different twist that has not been seen within The Bloodline so far.
