A new AEW tag-team name has now been revealed, following Nick Wayne turning on Christian Cage at AEW All In Texas.
After Wayne and Cage unsuccessfully challenged for the Hurt Syndicate’s AEW Tag Team Championship on the July 12 event, Wayne attacked Cage, disbanding their Patriarchy faction.
With Wayne and Kip Sabian continuing their alliance, their tag-team name appears to have been revealed.
During a backstage segment on Wednesday’s (July 23) Dynamite episode, Wayne noted that starting this Saturday, he and Sabian will begin their quest to prove why they will be one of the most dangerous factions in AEW.
The ROH TV Champion ended his promo by noting that they’ll show what they’re capable of when they’re “uncaged.”
Nick Wayne added emphasis to this final word on Twitter, re-introducing himself and Sabian by writing:
We’re unCaged.
