Find out who won a future shot at the AEW World Championship in tonight’s “All Star 8-Man Scramble” match at AEW Revolution 2024.
On tonight’s AEW Revolution pay-per-view, there was an 8-man match match with the winner set to earn a future AEW World Championship title shot.
The match featured Chris Jericho, HOOK, Wardlow, Powerhouse Hobbs, Lance Archer, Brian Cage, CMLL star Magnus and Dante Martin.
In the end, Wardlow picked up the win by pinning Dante Martin.
Interestingly, Wardlow was accompanied to the rampway at least by Matt Taven, Mike Bennett and a still wheelchair bound Adam Cole after previously claiming that Wardlow would win the AEW World Title, then hand it over to Cole.
Elsewhere in Undisputed Kingdom action on Revolution, Roderick Strong defeated Orange Cassidy for the International Championship, and was then greeted by the return of Kyle O’Reilly, who congratulated Strong, but didn’t commit to joining the faction.
Later in the show, AEW World Champion Samoa Joe will put his title on the line against both Hangman Adam Page and Swerve Strickland in a three-way.
