AEW Star Reacts To Rumors He Is ‘Unhappy’

AEW star Dax Harwood made news last night, when he took to Twitter to react to AEW’s social media pages snubbing FTR’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter award victories.

FTR picked up two awards, one for Tag Team of the Year, and another for Feud of the Year against the Briscoes in ROH, which AEW did not celebrate on social media.

Dax responded to FTR’s omission, saying:

Tell me April’s around the corner without telling me April’s around the corner.

In response to Dax’s tweet, AEW did celebrate Feud of the Year, congratulating only the Briscoes in a tweet about the award.

Today, Dax responded to a tweet claiming he was ‘unhappy’, sharing a photo of himself and his family.

The photo was captioned:

Guys, real quick, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. The “he’s unhappy” narrative that’s been painted of me because I stand up for myself has always made me laugh, but today even more. I’m very appreciative of what all of you have given me & my family. Stress is down, life is good.

FTR’s AEW contracts are set to expire in April, as alluded to by Dax in his Tweet.

There has been a lot of speculation on the team’s future, with a potential WWE move being talked about after their finishing move was namedropped at Elimination Chamber.
