Future AEW PPV Location Potentially Revealed AEW

After the September 20 episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan addressed the crowd and teased a new home for pay-per-views.

The episode came from the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York which has been the home of AEW Dynamite Grand Slam since 2021.

Speaking to the live crowd after the show in footage shared on Twitter, Tony Khan said:

“Are you all having a great time tonight?

“Do you think that this would be a great venue, someday, for a pay-per-view?”

The crowd answered with enthusiasm, leading Khan to say:

“I think that would be a very interesting idea and I also think we have built a really great tradition here with AEW Grand Slam.”

He went on to thank the crowd and praised the city of New York for its importance to professional wrestling and AEW.

To a round of applause, he would reiterate his believe that New York would be a “fantastic place for an AEW pay-per-view someday.”

AEW’s next pay-per-view event is WrestleDream taking place on October 1 at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
