Potential winners of the vacant AEW World Tag Team Championship have been revealed as teams begin to be announced.
After the announcement that the AEW Tag Team Title would be relinquished by Darby Allin and Sting after Revolution, more has been revealed about the tournament set to determine new champs.
In an in-ring segment, the Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) stated their intention to win the tournament.
In a backstage interview with Renee Paquette, Orange Cassidy commented on having lost his International Championship, vowing to continue trying to capture gold to carry in his backpack.
While Trent and Chuck Taylor stood by, Taylor revealed that he was not yet ready for in-ring action so rather, it would be Trent Beretta and Orange Cassidy representing the Best Friends in the upcoming tournament.
There was also a video package for the upcoming tournament that featured photos and videos of other tag teams, but most notably featured were FTR indicating their involvement in the tournament too.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, a top free agent revealed that they were officially All Elite.
