Another WWE Hall of Famer may be heading for a surprise AEW appearance this week as plans continue to come together for AEW All Out.
Last night after Dynamite, AEW announced that on Saturday’s Collision, Ricky Starks will challenge Ricky Steamboat to a strap match for All Out, at least implying that Steamboat will be appearing.
Now it seems another WWE Hall of Famer has been spotted making his way to Chicago!
The Great Muta posted a pic of himself seemingly at an airport with the signage behind him noting that he was heading to Chicago.
With his caption reading:
“I’m going to America for a while.”
Both Collision on Saturday and All Out on Sunday are of course taking place in Chicago, so, while not 100% confirmed at this point, Muta may well be heading in for the festivities.
We’ll keep you updated if any news comes to light either confirming or disproving that Muta is heading into Chicago for AEW.
Muta has of course appeared in AEW previously, that being at last year’s Rampage Grand Slam where he came face to face with Sting.
He was also inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame earlier this year.
