Brock Lesnar has reportedly left ahead of the July 22 edition of SmackDown in Boston.
UPDATE – A new report has revealed who WWE has in mind to replace Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam following his walkout.
According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer, Lesnar has left ahead of tonight’s SmackDown following the news of Vince McMahon’s retirement.
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed the news and added that Brock was “pissed off”.
Alvarez later added:
Brock’s line was some derivative of, “If he’s gone, I’m gone.”
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), it was confirmed that Brock Lesnar was slated to be “all over” Smackdown tonight and abruptly left.
WWE has removed Brock Lesnar from the WWE.com preview of tonight’s SmackDown, which he was still on just a few minutes ago.
From several sources, Brock Lesnar has left Smackdown.
