Did Bryan Danielson Win Championship From Eddie Kingston At AEW Revolution 2024 AEW

Find out if Bryan Danielson defeated Eddie Kingston at AEW Revolution 2024 for the Continental Crown Championship.

Not only was Kingston’s championship on the line, but if Bryan Danielson lost to Kingston, Danielson was required to show Kingston respect by shaking his hand.

The excited Greensboro crowd was seemingly split between supporting Kingston and Danielson, the latter of whom seems to be on the last run of his full-time career.

In the end, Eddie Kingston was able to emerge victorious and not only retained his Triple Crown Championship, he also earned another important milestone.

Harkening back to the legacy of Ring of Honor and the meaning behind the post-match handshake, Kingston stood waiting.

After a short tease that he wouldn’t go through with it, Danielson did end up shaking Kingston’s hand as well as raising his hand and deferring the ring to him as the Greensboro crowd continued their chanting for Eddie.

Prior to Kingston’s retention, Christian Cage had also retained his TNT Championship in the opener after interference from Nick Wayne.

Next up on the AEW Revolution card, the All Star 8-Man scramble to earn a future shot at the AEW World Championship featuring Chris Jericho, HOOK, Wardlow, Powerhouse Hobbs, Lance Archer, Brian Cage, CMLL star Magnus and Dante Martin.
