AEW’s Chris Jericho Files For Interesting Trademark AEW

According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) AEW star Chris Jericho has filed for a new trademark.

On January 16, Jericho filed an application to trademark the term “SEEK AND DESTROY”.

Per the filing, Jericho intends for this filing to cover categories related to “entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests”.

The following description accompanied the filing:

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;

Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;

Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network;

Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes

Jericho notably said “seek and destroy” in a promo segment on the January 10 edition of Dynamite, amid his rivalry with Don Callis’ family.

Michael E. Dockins was listed as the attorney for this filing. Dockins recently served as the attorney for Kazuchika Okada’s recent trademark filing, which had fuelled rumors that he was set to leave NJPW.
