AEW star Chris Jericho has reacted to criticism towards the new Golden Jets tag team with Kenny Omega following AEW Full Gear.
At AEW Full Gear 2023, The Golden Jets of Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho defeated The Young Bucks.
Heading into the event and coming out of it, many fans have been critical of the Jericho and Omega duo since they aligned with one another.
A Twitter user, Golden Elite Luvr, wrote about the criticism towards the tag team. She wrote:
A lot of fans are mad the @KennyOmegamanX and @IAmJericho are tagging together, well I’m not one of them. I love their chemistry and I love how their friendship is definitely showing more in the ring. Now we just need them to not be such daredevils. Lol. Love them though.
Jericho quote tweeted the post to react to the Golden Jets criticism. He simply wrote:
Fans will have to get used to The Golden Jets being around for a little while longer after the pay-per-view.
After their win over The Young Bucks at AEW Full Gear, Omega and Jericho now own the guaranteed AEW World Tag Team Championship shot at anytime of their choosing.
It is unknown when The Golden Jets will cash in their opportunity at the time of this writing.
