An update has emerged on CM Punk’s WWE schedule following his return and Undisputed Championship win on Raw.
Punk returned to the ring on the July 6 Raw episode, replacing Cody Rhodes in the Undisputed WWE Championship match against Sami Zayn.
With CM Punk becoming an eight-time WWE world champion before the show went off the air, the new titleholder has shared a list of upcoming shows he’s set to appear on.
Ahead of his return to SmackDown on July 10, CM Punk took to Instagram to confirm that he will be at every remaining SmackDown taping scheduled for this month, on July 10, 17, 24 and 31 respectively.
Punk also confirmed that he will be at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18. He also revealed six non-televised house shows that he is now scheduled for.
Punk shared the following list of dates:
July 10 – SmackDown, Oklahoma City, OK
July 11 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Las Cruces, NM
July 12 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Albuquerque, NM
July 16 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Allentown, PA
July 17 – SmackDown, Albany, NY
July 18 – Saturday Night’s Main Event, New York, NY
July 24 – SmackDown, Oakland, CA
July 25 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Stockton, CA
July 26 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Bakersfield, CA
July 30 – Summer Tour 2026 live event, Springfield, IL
July 31 – SmackDown, Green Bay, WI
CM Punk really has hit the ground running following his return, a good sign since his WWE Title reign will follow that of Cody Rhodes, who took pride in being a fighting champion.
It will be interesting to see how WWE presents Punk moving forward, with many fans disappointed by Sami Zayn’s first world title reign ending after just nine days.
With Nattie believing that Sami Zayn will become a “massive, massive babyface” off the back of his title loss, it would make sense to see CM Punk turn heel in the coming weeks to capitalise of the heat, it remains to be seen whether WWE plans for a CM Punk character change.
