Cody Rhodes Reacts To Fan Support After Winning WWE Royal Rumble 2024 WWE

After winning the WWE 2024 Royal Rumble t last night’s premium live event, Cody Rhodes has now reacted to the big win.

Taking to social media to react to fan support after having made WWE history, joining the short list of legendary stars that had won back-to-back Royal Rumbles.

The only others in WWE history of achieve that feat are Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Dropping simply a red heart emoji, Cody Rhodes already detailed how thrilled he was with the win at last night’s WWE post-Royal Rumble press conference.

The last six men in the 2024 Royal Rumble were Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn, Cody Rhodes, Damian Priest, GUNTHER and CM Punk.

However when Zayn eliminated Priest, McIntyre took the opportunity to eliminate Zayn who had just joined the match as number 30, bringing the field down to four.

The final four faced off in the ring as both Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns were shown watching the event from their own respective suites in the stadium.

After CM Punk was able to eliminate Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes eliminated GUNTHER, the pair of champs were shown again before the final two began to brawl.

In the end after a powerful emotional scene which saw CM Punk say, ‘I’m not going to lose to Dusty’s kid,’ turned and saw Rhodes able to best Punk, eliminate him and it was indeed Dusty’s kid who won the 2024 Royal Rumble.

Rhodes also won the 2023 Royal Rumble, marking the first time in over two decades that someone had won back-to-back Royal Rumble matches.
